Everything that is said in a session stays in the room. However, there may be some exceptional limits to this confidentiality. I adhere to the IACP Code of Ethics, which involves:

[/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”normal” up=”25″ down=”25″][vc_column_text]

To help you gauge if I am the right therapist for you and to ask any questions you may have about the treatment.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”normal” up=”25″ down=”25″][vc_column_text]

This really depends on how you feel and what may arise during the sessions. Long term-therapy can be more beneficial for other issues related to addiction, abuse or trauma (among others) as they tend to require a deeper level of understanding and therapeutic work.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”normal” up=”25″ down=”25″][vc_column_text]

Sessions are normally held on a weekly basis.
